The start of my 2026 has not gone well. This week has been rough. Nothing major, but annoying. My neighbors have been playing music excessively loud with the bass cranked. I'm really getting tired of living in an apartment. Sound is the easiest way to annoy me, so it's hard for me to concentrate when I have to turn up the volume on my headphones to not drown them out and feel the vibrations of their bass through my keyboard when I'm typing. December December has been a mixed bag, at least where my writing has been concerned. I've been struggling to do more than my minimum goal each week, and I'm behind by about 3,300 words on Lost Mask. December also contains both my birthday and Christmas, so if I take those into account, I'm not as far behind, but it's nowhere near where I want to be, especially if I want to meet some goals I have for 2026. This time of year is kinda terrible for me with daylight savings pushing me to sleep in more peak daylight hours.
