October 21rst, 2024 Update

So, I was not quite able to get back on point this week, mostly because I just did not sleep well this week. I kept waking up early, so I was on the cusp of being tired most of the week. I did manage to reach my minimum writing for Reborn Elite but made little progress on my side projects. Part of that was a desire to do some research for the one side project and the struggling with being tired. But I got more done this week and took some valuable time to think about some of my ideas, so not a terrible week either.

Main Project - Reborn Elite - 69,700 Words: Decent progress, getting close to finishing one of the book's major sections. I have two more sections, but the fourth will be the book's climax, which is shorter than the rest. I think I'll hit about 80k-90k words by the end of this section.

Side Project 1 - Rise of the Bloodmoon Witch - 37,000 Words: I would have liked a lot more progress, but I hit a moment in the book and wanted to sit down and think about the difference between different types of mages. I didn't want a druid, witch, warlock, wizard, sorcerer, etc, to just be derivatives of each other. I want each of them to be distinct in some way.

Side Project 2 - A Penny for a Wish - 17,200 Words: In Hindsight, while paused on RotBMW, I should have worked on this a bit. Poor Penny, I have not forgotten you!
