May 19th, 2025 Update

Tuesdays are my bane. I just seem to lose all will to work or do anything productive on them. But other than taking it easy on Tuesday, it's been a productive week. Otherwise, it's been a nice, relaxing week where I got done what I wanted to, so the post is going to be short this week.

Project Statuses

Main Project - Elite Ascent - 34,500 words: I have a chapter to do my initial edit on yet, so its more like 34,400 but either way, right on par for the week. The story is progressing nicely. I imagine the current section is going to be one of the larger sections of the book and I feel a little over halfway done with the section.

Side Project - Rise of the Blood Moon Witch - Content edit, Ch. 14 - Ch. 28: I honestly used Sunday into Monday Morning to stay on track here. That being said, this includes the two chapters I would do today, so I'm starting off the week strong. I'm aiming to complete the last ten chapters this week so I can begin the second edit pass next week. That's the one that's likely going to take the longest, but I'm still hoping to do two chapters a day.

Other Projects: No progress on world anvil this week, but I'm considering that bonus for now. I'm going to focus on it as my secondary project once I finish editing RotBMW.
