March 3rd, 2025 Update. 1 Week until Launch!

That's right, one week until launch. I've gotten seven times the amount of preorders as I did for Elite Born, and on top of that, February blew away any other month for Elite Born in both sales and KU pages read. Again, thank you to all my readers. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on Reborn Elite. As for this last week. I didn't get to do as much writing as I wished. I reached the point where I needed to create new character sheets and that came with writing out new skills and race descriptions and in general doing a lot more background work than I intended, then I was so annoyed/depressed Saturday night I barely got anything done. Nothing too series, just one of those days you wake up and the world annoys you. There may also be a very... very strong desire to play Monster Hunter Wilds. This week is going to be a bit of a trial, but I'm hoping to get past the background work and get back on point.

Project Statuses

Main Project - Rise of the Blood Moon Witch - 89,200 Words: I was on par until I hit the point I needed to build some character sheets. I'm still working on that, but I aim to finish that today and then push to get to 95K by the end of the week.

Side Project 1 - Elite Ascent - 1200 Words: Not as much here as I wanted either, but also hit the point that I need to do some background work. I'm intending to start with a small time skip, so I need to tweak the sheets. But my goal is to write Chapter 1 by the end of the week.

Other Projects: I didn't do anything else this week, but getting back into Monster Hunter again is provoking my muse to start thinking about what is going to be my third series. So I might do some world building this coming week on it.
