March 24th, 2025 Update

Another week gone by. It started out rough due to my internet being spotty, but I was able to pull back and get caught up... mostly. I achieved my writing goals for the week, but I have a small backlog of chapters to do the initial quality control edits on. I'll have to work on that while focusing on staying on point with the writing. Otherwise it's been an alright week. Both books are doing amazingly. Elite born is having its best month yet and Reborn Elite is already over one hundred copies sold and one hundred thousand pages read on KU. I expect next month won't reach the same heights, but that's to be expected, hopefully I continue to see steady growth overall.

Project Statuses

Main Project - Rise of the Blood Moon Witch - 106,600 Words: I actually wrote a little more than par this week, there was a battle scene that I quite enjoyed writing. I'm working on the aftermath of that fight, but that won't take long sort out. After that is a section bridging this section and the climax of the book. I don't plan for the aftermath to be very long either, so I'm quickly approaching the end of the book. Once its finished I'm going to move Rise to the secondary project for editing purposes and focus on the next elite born book. I really want to release this in October, though we'll see how things go. I also don't want to hold onto a book that's ready to send out for several months.

Side Project 1 - Elite Ascent - 7200 Words: I got chapter 2 done. Not much more to be said. Tentatively I'm planning 5 sections to this book. Part one is going to be short, Part 2-4 will be longer, and the focus is on Aurora and crew getting stronger and going after the gang, and the last part will be an extended aftermath to bring an end to Arc 1.
