January 27th, 2025 Update

So, it was a busy week. As predicted, insanity gripped me. I managed to finish the first editing pass while also reading the Alpha I mentioned last week. I even finished a full day earlier than I predicted with my insanity and started on the second pass. I started by searching the names of skills and certain terms in the book to make sure they were capitalized, but this wasn't as simple as a search and replace because a lot of them are only capitalized in specific contexts, so it was a big undertaking. But I finished that and did the second editing pass on the prologue and first chapter. I don't think I mentioned it, but I got back the art for the cover and put together the art. It's up on my site already, and I shared it on my discord.

Project Statuses

Main Project - Reborn Elite - 1st Draft Complete, 1st Editing Pass Complete, Starting Copy Edit/Proofreading: As stated above, I finished the first pass and am moving on to the second pass. I'm hoping this one will only take me a week, and next week, I can move on to the final read-through.

Side Project 1 - Rise of the Blood Moon Witch - 76,800 Words: No Progress here again, but that's to be expected until I finish editing Reborn Elite.

Other Projects: No real progress here. Read and Edited. That was the week.
