January 20th, 2025 Update.

This is going to be a short one this week. It's the first week of editing, and that's gone reasonably well. One of my favorite authors released an alpha to their Patreons. Some may think that would slow me down, but I use it as an incentive to push my work forward. The last time they did this, an insanity gripped me, and I wrote 6k words while reading a third of their book in a single night. This time, over two nights, I edited a quarter of my book, doubling my progress for the week, and read half the book. Other than that, it is painfully cold outside, so on my days off, I'm going to stay home and just cozy up and work on things while trying to avoid the rest of the world for multiple reasons. I'm hoping to finish the first pass this week and start the second pass. I think the second and third passes will take me about a week each, but we'll see.

Main Project - Reborn Elite -1st Draft Complete, 50% Developmental/Line Edit: Pretty much as stated above.

Side Project 1 - Rise of the Bloodmoon Witch - 76,800 Words: No progress, but this is to be expected. Editing requires a different mindset, so I'll focus on that. Pretty much until I edit the book and put it up for preorder, my sole focus will be on editing. As soon as its up I'm going to take a week to focus on other projects and plan for book 3, at that point I expect progress here to shoot up again.

Other Projects: I put down some thoughts on states of mana for an eventual high fantasy, non-litRPG world to write stories in, but otherwise, no work.
